About Us!
Our Architectural designer/director is a Full professional member of the ADNZ (architectural designers of NZ) & as such has proven his ability in front of his peers; He is also bound by their code of ethics & has access to a vast information base of knowledge when necessary.
Having been involved in Architectural design since 1988, training under three award winning Architects, he has produced the flare for design, ability to produce clear precise documentation & skilled project management carrying your project to a successful completion.
AdMore Designs are committed to continually developing our knowledge of design & building industry changes including sustainable building technologies such as passive solar heating & cooling systems, Solar hot water heating, Healthier materials & environment (indoor/outdoor flow).
We tailor our services to suit your needs & will discuss this prior to undertaking your project.

Typically we are able to provide:
- Developed design (computer generated plans & 3 dimensional views & walk throughs).
- Building Consent documentation.
- Complete working drawings.
- Contract administration & observation - Turn Key Option - (organizing tenders, observing the construction & running the building project).
- Resource Consent submissions & Fire Reports
Consultants: We have a number of structural engineers we are able to consult with & have worked with quantity surveyors, land surveyors, geotechnical engineers, mechanical engineers, project managers & resource management advisors.
We currently have two offices one in Invercargill & one in Gore, We undertake a large variety of work throughout Southland & Clutha District & Central Otago. However we have been involved in projects in Auckland, Wellington & Nuie.
